About Me

What brought me into the world of therapy was my deep curiosity about people and the relationships that shape us. I’ve always believed that the connections we have with partners, family, friends, and even ourselves play such a big role in how we experience life. That’s what led me to focus on relational work in therapy.

In session, I bring a genuine sense of curiosity and care. I don’t come in with all the answers, you are the expert on your own life. But together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and how you can move toward the version of yourself that feels most true and grounded. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and always tailored to you.

When I’m not doing therapy, you can usually find me on a walk, paddle boarding with friends, out in nature, or just soaking in some quiet time at home.

If you’re feeling ready to dig in, explore, and grow I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

About My Approach

I draw from Attachment-Based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy to offer a thoughtful, personalized approach to our work together. These modalities help us explore how early attachment experiences, emotional dynamics, and personal history may be shaping the challenges you're facing today whether that's perfectionism, self-criticism, or difficulties in relationships.

Narrative Therapy especially resonates with me for its focus on identifying and reworking the stories we’ve internalized from culture, family, and society. These stories can subtly (or not so subtly) shape how we see ourselves and what we believe is possible. Together, we’ll make space to reconnect with your own values and begin shifting the narratives that no longer reflect who you are or want to be.

Above all, I believe meaningful therapy is rooted in a strong therapeutic relationship. While theory and tools are important, what matters most is that you feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and open because that’s where real, lasting change begins.
