A 50-minute session is $160 for individuals, couples, and families. I do offer sliding scale slots. Inquire about my availability on a sliding scale range, and we can discuss a fee that best fits your situation.

I am not taking insurance at this time. Insurance can place a barrier on the amount of sessions, have requirements like meeting criteria for a diagnosis. I can provide a superbill which you can submit to your insurance if they do reimburse for out of network therapy.

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please review the following policy:
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will apply.

I do offer telehealth sessions, though I like to schedule the first appointment in person when possible. This helps us get a sense of whether telehealth will be the best fit for your needs and our work together

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees, and psychotherapy.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
